Pot O' Wings is a mobile food vendor for southern fried cuisine. We differentiate ourselves by cooking food fresh on site for our customers, instead of food that has been sitting on a grill or warm pan. You will taste the difference when you get hot food fresh out of the pot! We have a variety of flavors to choose from, and also seafood options for those seeking a healthier choice.
Pot O' Wings was created to showcase the fried flavor we have in the south. With a market flooded with mobile barbeque grilling, there needed to be a standard for mobile fried cuisine. Pot O' Wings started at Grove Park in Atlanta, GA on Sunday June 5, 2016 for a small community event. The people of the community confirmed that Pot O' Wings had the fried flavor which truly represented southern cuisine.
When it comes to fried foods, there is a diverse range of products which can be fried. In choosing the products to offer for Pot O' Wings, I needed to make sure I had diversity. I listened to what the people of the community were requesting, and realized although the “wing is the thing,” there were many people who wanted fish as a healthier option. So with some help from my Mississippi kinfolk, I was able to perfect a catfish and shrimp recipe.
